The full workflow takes a few minutes to set up and then runs job-by-job.

1. Set your profile (30 sec)

Complete your profile to filter jobs better. Optionally add exclusions in your prompt (e.g. Exclude jobs that require deep healthcare industry expertise).

2. Paste job links

Copy a LinkedIn job link and paste it in the Dashboard. If blocked, paste the full job description. Also works with public job URLs from company websites and other job boards. Or use Quick Save to do this in bulk.

3. Follow the score

The Fit Score estimates how closely your current resume and profile match a specific job description. It is not a prediction of whether you'll receive an interview or an offer.

Good potential, but review the gaps before applying.

STRETCH

Lower match based on your current resume and profile. You can still apply if you're genuinely interested.

Every score includes a Why this score? explanation so you can see the specific signals behind the label, not just the number.

4. Use Strategy (after YES or strong CONSIDER)

Click Strategy → Review → Message the recruiter and hiring team on LinkedIn using the generated requests.

5. Use Prep (when invited to an Interview)

Click Prep inside the Interview column → Review your interview preparation document: positioning strategy, opening pitch, compensation guidance, likely interview questions, and smart questions to ask the team.

6. Keep going

Paste more jobs and refine your prompt exclusions to improve matches.
